Episode 3 : Don’t Waste a Good Crisis
LISTEN: Apple Podcasts | Spotify | iHeartRadio | More
We are all going through the same thing. We all have fears, we all have questions, and we are all searching for the best way to spend our time, cooped up, as we practice social distancing.
With the global pandemic of COVID-19 at the forefront of everyone’s mind, we decided to talk about it. We got on a call with our Life Coach, Lynette Elinda, and together with our friend Graham Wardle, we discuss the differences between rational and irrational fear, plus unpack the feelings so many of us are experiencing.
Remaining positive is one of the ultimate goals for this podcast that features real talk, and real lessons, including one of Lynette Elinda’s many inspirational mottos: ‘Don’t waste a good crisis.’
As some struggle with the shutdown of work and jobs, and some choose to focus on the opportunities this global situation brings, we invite you in to gauge where we are at, and how we plan to push through this unfamiliar time.
Recorded last week (Sunday, March 15), this podcast has some out-of-date information (as the virus has grown in size), but remains a great balance of light-hearted, yet to-the-point conversation.
– Lynette Elinda, The Kissel’s Life Coach, has clients all over the world, and if you’d like to find out more information about her and her workshops, or connect with her directly, reach out via her website: www.lynetteelinda.com
Wasn’t this the date of the first time Brett laid eyes on Cece. In his first Podcast he told us of his first time seeing his future wife to be. It just gave me a lift & a feel of positivity. It’s also the same day my oldest son Justin, married his wife. It’s been 1 year of marriage for him & his wife who also live with us with their 3 children. The youngest, Kaelix is a year old as of March 1st.💛 March 15 is such a blessed day. I’m loving Keeping it Kissel
