How do you learn to not be affected by others? 

How do you practice not judging others? 

How do you avoid projecting your opinions on others?

How do you navigate through unhealthy expectations of others?

Sure, these are all deep questions — but we dive into this important topic on this week’s podcast — with hopes of uncovering some false belief systems all the while learning great lessons from our life coach – Lynette Elinda.

Together, we learned the differences between a “J.O.E. JOB” and a “B.L.O.W. JOB”, which is so worth listening too if you want to laugh (but also feel hella-inspired!)

Our upbringing was almost completely opposite. But we still had to learn to overcome the judgements we received or the judgements we gave. Learning to be open, loving, and willing to hear each other out has been a challenge, yet we know that it’s an important step to experience a healthier relationship.  And these lessons, (we hope), will assist you in your every day life — not just limited to one relationship.

When we first started working with Lynette, we quickly realized her no-bullshit approach was what we needed to dig deeper than ever before. Now that we’ve put in the work, we feel as though there are plenty of encouraging lessons we can pass on for those who are interested in hearing them.

Yet in the true spirit of not judging, or projecting our expectations on anyone — we are fully aware that each and every journey is unique. Perhaps some of these teachings are valuable?  Perhaps some of these teachings are relatable?  Perhaps some of these experiences are identical?

You won’t know unless you listen to your intuition, your heart, and of course, this podcast!
